About this Event
The Feel-Good Reset: A Brighton Community Gathering to Set Up 2026
A calm, welcoming morning designed to help you reset, reconnect and set the tone for the year ahead — without pressure, performance or overwhelm.
The Feel-Good Reset is a small, in-person community workshop in Brighton for people who value human connection, good energy and thoughtful reflection. You’ll spend the morning with like-minded people, guided through simple tools to support both your wellbeing and your goals for 2026.
Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, clear and quietly energised.
What to expect
- A relaxed, friendly atmosphere in a small group (10–15 people)
- A practical, easy-to-understand gut health and nutrition talk
- Guided journalling to reflect, reset and set intentions for 2026
- Space for conversation, shared perspectives and connection
- A gentle pause from January pressure and “new year noise”
This workshop is about progress, not perfection — and creating space to think clearly about what you want next.
