A Multi-Layered Ritual for Emergence, Balance & Sonic Transmission

We gather at the sacred threshold of equal day and equal night as the Wheel of the Year turns toward the Spring Equinox.

Known as Ostara, this is the moment of cosmic symmetry and the tipping point where light begins to overtake the dark. While Imbolc was the first stirring, the Equinox is the burst of emergence. Join us in honoring this season of vibrant harmony with a multi-layered ritual designed to plant your intentions in the light and liberate your inner being.

This is not a traditional concert, but a space to go inward through sonic transmission and intentionally curated practices. You are invited to enter with curiosity and reverence, listening beyond the mind and into the hidden currents of the self. No prior experience is required; simply come as you are, ready to receive.

The ritual begins with a collective clearing of the space within. Through a guided group practice with synchronized movements, we shake off any lingering density and open our hearts to call in the fresh possibilities of the season.

Align your internal rhythms with the natural world through a sequence of 4 distinct breath patterns. These techniques harmonize with the elements by grounding in Earth, flowing with Water, igniting Fire, and rising into the clarity of Air.

A 10-minute focused visualization to plant your personal intentions for the season of Ostara. We journey through the inner landscape to find the soul soil where your intentions take root, ensuring a state of centred alignment before the sonic transmission.

A live 90-minute sonic journey where classical music and ancestral songs meet in harmony. From melodic strings to the visceral, gut-level vibration of throat singing and animal sounds, this is an immersive journey unlike any other. It is carefully curated to inspire a field of deep listening and be a bridge to the wisdom that lives inside your being. Participants are invited to lie down and soften into a meditative trance.

The Soundscape:
Classical Harp, Piano, Violin, Percussion, Crystal Bowls, Flute, Channelled Angelic Vocals, Throat-Singing, Animal Sounds, Multilingual Songs & Prayers.

The cycle completes by returning to the body through sound and vibration. Toning vibrates the cells and opens the throat chakra before the experience expands into the harmony of group singing. By liberating the voice, we embody the expression of our true selves and carry our collective intentions out into the world.

As body temperature often fluctuates during meditation, we encourage you to create a cozy nest for your journey. Yoga mats and bolsters will be provided from My Vitae.

Please bring your own pillow and extra blanket to ensure your comfort. Loose clothing and a water bottle are also recommended.

Myriam Eydo is an international award-winning harpist, pianist, violinist and singer as well as a multi-dimensional healer, witch and ritual artist. Her background in competitive classical music paired with her ability to surrender to the flow of creation has led her to creating transformative art performances and events, and collaborate with artists from all over the world. Fascinated by the mystery realms and the deep connection we have to the Earth’s creation cycle, Myriam studied Celtic Witchcraft extensively, and continues to deepen her craft, following the steps of her celtic ancestors. She now weaves her knowledge, skills and talents to inspire her audience and lead her clients into liberating their raw authentic expression and embracing the unlimited power of their creative life force.

Kai Daega is a sonic guide dedicated to the art of inner transformation. Born into a lineage of devotional singers and medicine women, she continues the path opened by her ancestors, blending vocal channeling with shamanic practices. Her work transmits vibrations that are both primal and otherworldly, acting as a bridge to the unseen. Kai holds all sound as sacred, with language being one of its many expressions. From this place of reverence, she shares prayers and songs rooted in traditions from around the world. Whether in private or group settings, her grounded presence anchors the space for embodied truth to emerge. One of her highest joys is facilitating darkroom journeys in her home sanctuary, where the absence of light becomes a mirror for the soul.
