Civillian is no stranger to Victoria- and has left a wake of destroyed dance floors on every visit. He was last in town for Mr. B’s 45s bday jam and rocked it alongside veteran selectors Vinyl Ritchie and Foxy Moron. This time out he’ll be joined by local up and comers Brumbo and Dunzo (Samsara, Red Room, various other underground notables) and a man quickly becoming a local favourite, coming to us from Toronto by way of years in Vancouver, Jurgen Daze. This will be a hot one out the gates. Don’t sleep!

Civillian has become, undeniably, a respected face on B.C.’s underground sound system/ dance circuit. He is a party rocker, a selector, and one who respects the craft and the culture. His sets consistently fuse upfront sound with classic throwbacks, edits and remixes, blended seamlessly with tight mixing and peppered with tricks sure to spice up the dance.
His Vancouver weekly, D!CE pulls an A-list roster of guests to play intimate sets to a hungry crowd. Slynk, Dunks, Praiz, Mark Woodward, Dj Soo, Willisist, Dubconcious… He’s in good company. Watch for more from D!CE this fall.
The 2025 festival season has also seen him elevated to a nighttime slot at Shambhala, Slay Bay at Basscoast and fresh appearances at Pachena Bay and the Vancouver edition of Bastid’s BBQ—all while holding his weekly Twitch program “Blunch” and maintaining a lip curtain that makes Tom Selleck jealous. Inspired by his latest trip to the local barber, he’ll be laying down some fresh cuts for his headlining debut here in the
Garden City and we couldn’t be more excited to have him!

Brumbo Crumbz and DUNZO bring high energy sounds rooted in underground, global bass music. Their taste spans a wide array of tempos and genres not limited to UK Bass, Baile Funk, Hip Hop, Dancehall, Amapiano, and Garage. These two have an energy with each other that transmits to the dancefloor, expect to get lost in the dance like they get lost in each other's gaze.
Don't let this distract you from the fact that Hector is going to be running three Honda civics with spoon engines, and on top of that, he just went into Harry's and bought three t66 turbos with nos, and a motec exhaust system.

Jurgen Daze is a Vancouver/Victoria B.C based dj/producer/multi-instrumentalist. He was introduced to the art of djing in his early teens which has now blossomed into a lifestyle of meticulously crafting highly curated sets and constantly digging for new music to show the people.
Focusing on filling dance floors with many genres of music, smiles and good times. Over the years, he’s held club residencies around Vancouver and Toronto.
