Marika Reid Hall
Registered Acupuncturist, Shamanic Practitioner, Holistic Doula and Mama.
Growing up in the wilds of Alberta near my grandparents and extended family from the earliest age I was exposed to the importance of being raised by a village of humans, animals, trees and plants. I remember being in awe and fascination of the magic of life and nature all around and always trying to see how it all fit together.
This lead me to explore the philosophies, sciences and arts of explaining life. From travelling the physical world to the spiritual, studying plant wisdom, to western pathophysiology, experiencing life being born and life leaving this world I have woven together a magical approach to supporting people in healing and remembering who they truly are and how connected they are to all that is.

Hello, my name is Jennifer Apedaile.
With gratitude, I acknowledge that I am a settler living, working and learning to be a good guest on the unceded (stolen) territories (tribal regions) of the Coast Salish, Nuu Chah Nulth (New chan lulth), Kwakwak'wakw (Kwak kwak kay wak), Stl'atl'imc (Stat liem) and Nlaka'pamux (Ing-khla-kap-muh).
I am grateful to my TCM teachers; Dr.Yin and Dr.Hu and to my Five Element Acupuncture teacher, Neil Gumenick.
I raise my hands in gratitude to my IFOT teachers; Shirley Turcotte and Alannah Young and to the Elders who support me in a good way.
I continue to learn from and be wholly inspired by Rachelle Seliga.
I am a woman, sister, mother, and child of this earth. I long to live in the wild places, of which there are few. I continue to grow with and learn from the complex trauma I experienced throughout my own life.
I am committed to holistically empowering folks, families and communities towards well being and self governance in an equitable, diverse and inclusive way.
I am grateful for the tools and teachings of TCM and Five Element Acupuncture, Indigenous Focusing Oriented Therapy and Full Spectrum Birth and Death work.
