The Dopamates: FREE meet up for productivity using body doubling
Advertisement
A FREE weekly body-doubling meet up/workspace for people with ADHD, neurodiversity, or for anyone who struggles to focus and get sh*t done!
Do you struggle to focus on tasks? Are you a world class procrastinator? Do you just not get enought peace and quiet in the week to get the things you keep meaning to do done?
The Dopamates, and 'Body Doubling' can help!
'Body Doubling' is the practice of working on an individual project next to others (either in person or on a video call) who are also doing the same. It can boost focus, build a feeling of being less alone with strenuous or difficult tasks, and has the effect of getting more done! So if you struggle to get your stuff done, this might be for you!
Run by Jenny a neurodiverse CBT Therapist and ADHD Life Coach (who also struggles to get sh*t done!) The Dopamates is a casual drop in, welcoming space, with optional coaching self-check in resources, blankets and fidgets provided.
And delicious coffee, cake and food right next door to the space at the Pitt Market
Held in the main warehouse at The Pitt Market, Granton in Edinburgh every Friday 11am - 2pm in person, and also available to attend online. Just look for the colourful blankets where the sofas are!
The link to join online is emailed out to the mailing list before the session, and is posted on The Dopamates Instagram Stories
email: [email protected] for further information, questions or to be placed on the Mailing List, or follow @the.dopamates on IG/facebook and TikTok for updates!
