About this Event
Join David this April for an immersive reinterpretation of the traditional gong bath.
The Deep Sound Method explores how rhythm, vibration and spoken word shape attention, perception and deep states of rest.
Working with powerful gongs and subtle textures alongside a guided Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) practice, this approach moves beyond simple relaxation into deeper listening. Participants are guided into a sustained state of calm alertness where attention settles, perception widens and the body can naturally reorganise.
This work is intentional, precise and quietly refined.
Rather than “switching off,” participants are invited to tune in – to sensation, resonance, imagination and the innate intelligence of the nervous system. Whether you remain fully aware or drift into deep rest, the practice supports natural regulation and recovery.
Each session unfolds in real time, shaped by the space, the moment and the collective presence in the room.
Come curious. Leave connected.
