Following the success of Flow into Stillness, this candlelit Yoga Nidra evening offers a one-hour sanctuary for those craving pure restoration. You’ll be guided through a deeply restful meditation designed to calm the nervous system, release physical and emotional tension, and restore energy from within.
Rooted in the ancient practice of yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra invites the body into stillness while the mind drifts between wakefulness and rest — a space where true healing and renewal begin.
You’ll lie down comfortably on a mat, wrapped in a blanket, with optional eye covers to block out light and deepen your sense of calm.
