About this Event
The Debrief
Presented by Manhattan Model Management and 99 YARDS

An intimate, unfiltered conversation with five respected industry professionals.

Rather than creating a panel discussion based on what we think you want to hear, we’re opening the floor to you. Once you register, you’ll receive a short questionnaire outlining key themes and space to submit as many questions as you’d like.

We’ll select the most compelling submissions and handwrite each chosen question on a card. Our host will read them aloud, along with the name of the guest who asked it.

Our panelists have walked red carpets, appeared on major magazine covers, worked with top agencies and nationally recognized brands, educated the next generation on the industry's mechanics, and operated behind the scenes where real decisions are made. To learn more about their experience and backgrounds, please find a brief bio about them below.

Panelist Bios:

Anna Alimani The Proof

Anna Alimani has appeared on the covers of Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, and Elle, and has walked the international runways that define fashion’s highest standards. Her career is marked not by momentary visibility, but by sustained relevance. She understands the difference between being booked and being chosen.

Richard Copier The Visual Poet

Richard Copier is a photographer known for cinematic, emotionally precise imagery. Through One I Photography, he’s developed a signature style that prioritizes collaboration over spectacle. He knows what makes a subject compelling, and what doesn’t.

Jill Stein The Strategist

Professor Jill Stein of Vogue College of Fashion examines the structure behind fashion careers: how power moves, how relevance shifts, and how longevity is built. She brings strategy where others bring sentiment.

Mirror51 The Image-Maker

Mirror51 has collaborated with every major agency and built a reputation over more than a decade for precision and restraint. He doesn’t chase trends. He studies presence. He knows what endures, and what was only ever noise.

Jamielynn De Leon (JJ) The Architect

With 500+ fashion shows executed and 10 seasons as a NYFW Lead Artist, Jamielynn De Leon builds the structure behind creative success.

Founder of Rogue House, she operates where vision meets infrastructure, and where careers are engineered, not improvised.

She speaks from execution, not theory.
