A consious dance party and practice. Join us in breath work, guided stretches, movement, Crafts, sound bath and a 1.5hr DJ set.

WHAT IS A CONCSIOUS DANCE?
The concept of a concsious ( known widely as an ecstatic dance) is to move your body in an intuitive way, as it feels right to you in that moment. The idea is to listen inside and let your body move in ways that feel true, nourishing or liberating.
This is a zero judgement space with no requirements, routines, or pre-requisites. Every move is a chance to get to know yourself. Where ever you are, be with any sensations, feelings or urges that come and go.
The music moves through tempos and styles in a pattern that is wave like. You are welcome to come and go, sway or be still, dance with your eyes shut or watch the action. There’s no such thing as doing it ‘right’ the space is for you to truly enjoy.
