🌿 The Conscious Reset 🌿
An immersive afternoon of transformation, healing, and reconnection in the beautiful surroundings of Mutton Lane Yoga Studio, nestled in the Dublin Mountains.
This experience was created as a space to pause, breathe, reset, and come back home to yourself — away from the noise and demands of everyday life.
The afternoon will begin with a powerful transformational masterclass by Orla from The Game of Life. Orla is a mindset and transformational coach whose work focuses on helping people unlock their full potential by understanding and transforming the patterns of the mind.
Her talk, “Change Your Mind, Change Your Life,” will explore how our thoughts, beliefs, and inner dialogue shape our reality — and how small shifts in awareness can create profound change in every area of life.
Following refreshments, tea, and connection time.
We will then move into an immersive sound healing journey using therapeutic frequencies, Tibetan singing bowls, crystals bowls, drums and other ancient instruments support deep relaxation, energetic balance, and inner alignment.
We will close the afternoon together in circle with reflection, intention setting, and tarot.
