The Coniston 7 links seven Wainwright summits in a single circular route, creating a full-day mountain journey with wide-open fell tops, steady climbs, and spectacular views throughout. It’s ideal for confident hillwalkers looking for a memorable multi-summit day in classic Lakeland scenery.
You’ll summit seven peaks including Dow Crag, the Old Man of Coniston, Swirl How and Wetherlam, with sweeping views across Coniston Water, the Langdale Pikes and the Scafell range.
