The Compass Centre 10th Anniversary event

Come along to Islesburgh Community Centre (Room 16) for an afternoon of celebration, community and connection. We'll start with a short easy walk through Lerwick town centre to raise awareness and connect with others. After lunch back at Islesburgh (this will be provided), we'll share highlights from the journey of the service so far, launch our new strategy and provide the chance to talk about how we can work together to create a safer community. There will also be plenty of opportunities to look at the displays and resources available and chat with the team about the services we offer and the different ways you can get involved in our work.

This is a community event open to friends, family, members of the public and colleagues in partner organisations - everyone is welcome! Please use the link on this page to let us know you'll be coming, just so we know how many people to expect

Timings for the event are as follows, please feel free to drop in anytime and join us for as much of the afternoon as you would like (see agenda section below for full details)

• 12pm - meet at Islesburgh for the walk
• 12:15pm - walk begins
• 1pm - Lunch provided back at Islesburgh
• 1:30pm - Presentations & discussions
• 2:30pm - Celebration with cake and networking
• 3pm - Finish

We're really keen to make the event as accessible and inclusive as possible, so please let us know if there's anything we can do to make coming along easier - there's space to note this during the sign up process

Info: Anyone wishing to join us for the walk part of the event can meet staff outside Islesburgh from 12pm
