Hello everyone,As part of the celebrations surrounding the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, we are delighted to invite you to 'The Commonwealth Experience' event on the 6th of June 2026, from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
This special event will feature a collaborative art exhibition created by our group members, showcasing artwork inspired by all 56 Commonwealth nations. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore and learn about the diversity, heritage, and stories of countries across the Commonwealth through art.
You will also be able to enjoy and sample traditional food from 10 Commonwealth countries and experience a cultural showcase of traditional attire and costumes from 10 Commonwealth nations, offering a unique insight into different cultures and traditions.
More than just an exhibition, this event is an opportunity to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, celebrate our shared values, and build friendships, understanding, and unity within our community.
Everyone is welcome to attend. Admission is free, and there will be a chance to taste a variety of delicious foods from across the Commonwealth. We look forward to seeing you there! 🌞🌎🎨ðŸŽ
