The Chronic Collective is a monthly gathering centered on individuals living with chronic illness and caregivers. This is not a formal support group and there is no structured program. It is an intentional space to connect, share, listen, and build relationships with others navigating the realities of long-term health.

If you are tired of explaining your body, your energy, or your limitations, this space is for you. If you are looking for honest conversation, shared experience, and meaningful connection without pressure or performance, this space is for you.

Advocates, community leaders, and professionals are welcome to attend in community.

Tosha Dearbone is a Christian counselor and founder of Positive Express. Her work centers on faith-informed mental and emotional wellness, trauma awareness, and practical strategies for navigating life with resilience and purpose. She creates environments that are compassionate, steady, and grounded.

Jamie Nicole is a health coach, patient advocate, and Founder of The AIP BIPOC Network. Her work bridges personal wellness and systemic change, centering access, inclusion, and prevention for communities navigating chronic illness. She is committed to building spaces where lived experience is honored and collective care is real.
