Info: Check-in can start anywhere between 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm. As the event is more drop-in style, the latest check-in should be around 3:15-3:20 pm. I want to ensure all guests still have time to start and finish their pieces while having access to all the interactive activities.

Info: From the moment you step into the Charmin' Picnic Club pop-up, you are free to explore the space! First, you'll pick up your PICNIC PASS and make sure to get it stamped wherever you want to go first. Whether you want to start your charm jewelry, get your pics, or check out our interactive moments, thats completely up to you. We will be guiding you along every step of the process

Info: 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM is the Bingo + social activation Hour. EVERY completed Bingo card is a raffle ticket for the giveaway, so if you want to participate, I highly encourage you to plan to get to the venue around that time.

Info: We'll be announcing the winners of the giveaway!

Info: The event will not be available for check-in after 3:30 pm, so if you're finishing up your pieces, that is totally fine! After 3:30 pm, we will be closed to the public. Of course, you can leave at any time once your piece is finished. PLEASE MAKE SURE, before you leave, that you stop by to pick up your gift from the Charmd. By Carrot Co. team to you! Thank youuu!
