Our next Catweazle will feature a performance by me! I've never featured myself at Catweazle before, but I'd like to commemorate the 25th anniversary of my second album Momentum. The album was a big rock affair, and I shall attempt to recreate as many of the songs from it as I can manage in a solo acoustic capacity.I've also produced a limited, numbered edition of just 25 copies of the album on vinyl that I had pressed in England last month. These will be available at the show. Everybody who comes to the show gets a 25-year-old copy of the album on CD for free. If you’d like one of the LPs, it’s $30 on the night. Any I have leftover will go up on my website lukesrecords.com the following weekend.
The date is Sunday September 7th.
Doors open at 7pm and the open stage will begin at 7.30 so sign up to perform before then. I will play at around 9pm.
The Catweazle Club takes place at The Real Estate Shop at 1033 College Street. It's at the corner of College St. and Rusholme Park Crescent.
Please bring a cash donation of $15 to help cover the rent on the space.
