Before it all begins, there is The Calm Before.
This is the first wellness experience curated specifically for Juno Week attendees, designed to help you ground, reset, and arrive fully present for the days ahead.
Step out of the rush and into an immersive evening of movement, stillness, and intentional connection inside the Art Gallery of Hamilton.
In the calm, we find clarity. In the pause, we find strength.

• Grounding yoga movements to stretch, reset, and restore. Releasing tension and awaken the body (all levels welcome — no experience required)
• Guided meditation enhanced with Saje Natural Wellness aromatherapy
• Immersive art and sound journey through the Art Gallery of Hamilton
• Healthy refreshments
• Photo booth and professional photography
• Curated wellness swag bag
• Meaningful connection with fellow artists and industry professionals preparing for Juno Week.
