Cornerstone’s Housing Action & Solutions Expo (CHASE) is a pivotal event focused on addressing today’s housing challenges through innovative and actionable strategies.

Taking place on March 26, 2026, at Carmen’s Event Centre in Hamilton, this event will feature a keynote address by Dr. Mike Moffatt of the Missing Middle Initiative, followed by insightful presentations from Shaun Cathcart of the Canadian Real Estate Association, who will provide a comprehensive overview of the economy and housing market, and David Coletto of Abacus Data, who will present brand-new local polling data.

Attendees will hear three (3) dynamic panels with experts in their respective fields as they discuss housing solutions and opportunities, and explore a tradeshow with unique vendors.

No-Show Policy Overview:

To ensure the efficient management of event resources and maintain fairness to all participants, a no-show fee of $70 + HST will be invoiced to Full Cornerstone Members who register for the event but fail to attend without providing cancellation notice at least five (5) business days before the event.

Full Cornerstone Members who cannot attend the event after the five (5) business day notification period may transfer their ticket to another Full Cornerstone Member without penalty, provided the new attendee is a full Cornerstone member, and they attend the event.

By registering for this event, Full Cornerstone Members acknowledge and agree to abide by Cornerstone’s no-show policy.

1. No Show Fee: A fee of $70 + HST will be charged to Full Cornerstone Members who register for the event and fail to cancel their registration at least five (5) business days before the event.
2. Cancellation Process: To cancel your registration, please contact us at [email protected] by 4:30 PM on Thursday, March 19, 2026.
3. Transfer Process: To transfer your registration to another Full Cornerstone Member, please contact us at [email protected] before 12:00 PM on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, with the transferee's details. Note, the transferee must also be a Full Cornerstone Member in good standing, and they must attend the event to avoid incurring the no-show fee.
