A guided dinner experience for business owners and executives to release what is no longer aligned—and create space for what’s next.
The Burn is an intimate, invitation-only evening hosted in my home just outside Uptown Charlotte. With only 11 seats at the table, every detail—from the meal to the conversation to the people in the room—is intentionally chosen.
This is not a networking event. It’s a space to step out of the day-to-day and into a different kind of clarity.
We’ll begin with a thoughtfully prepared dinner (I’ll be cooking), designed to bring you into the present moment and full experience. From there, I’ll guide the room through conversation that moves beyond surface-level updates and into what’s actually present: leadership, pressure, growth, and the areas where something is ready to shift.
At the center of the evening is a simple but powerful practice.
The full moon is a natural point of release. You’ll be guided to identify what is no longer serving you—patterns, decisions, expectations, or ways of operating—and physically let it go by writing it down and burning it.
This is not about performance or symbolic gestures that feel good in the moment but change nothing.
It’s about making a clear decision to release what’s outdated so you can lead, operate, and move forward with more alignment.
You’ll leave with more than a great meal and meaningful conversation—you’ll leave with space.
And often, that’s what creates the shift.
