About this Event
Join us for a hands on chicken cutting workshop and cooking class. Featuring local, pasture raised chickens by the Ritchie Family (Reds Farm) just outside of Tampa, we will teach you how to cut up a chicken several different ways and then we will show you step by step how to prepare a staff favorite dish, grilled chicken with lemon and herbs over smoked almond pesto pasta and roasted vegetables. We will then enjoy this meal along side charcuterie, salad and dessert. You will get to take home the chicken you cut up as well as recieve a free quart of bone broth and 10% off anything in the butcher shop that night.
