Ticketing:
This is the first Body Slam, and we are trying the following price model:
First round of ticketing will open with pre-sale options of 15 euro for enthusiastic supporters and 10 euro for folks whose wallets can't match their enthusiasm.
Once we have reached our minimum operating costs with initial pre-sale tickets, we will then open up a second round of ticketing with the option for pay-what-you-can donations.
The donation tickets will be limited to the number of seats still available after the first round of pre-sales. We will also reserve a small number (as in, less than 10) of tickets on the door for folks who prefer to pay in cash.
We have limited capacity but would like to raise funds to pay the performers and the collectives that are organising the event.
If you have suggestions of alternative models for ticketing that balance accessibility for the audience and paying artists for their work, please write to us!
See you at BODYSLAM!
