The Bel Canto Chorus proudly presents its Spring 50th Anniversary concert, “50 Years of Our Favourites”, on April 30 and May 1, 2026, 7:30pm at St. Andrew’s Place, Sudbury. The concert is directed by Susan Urquhart with Dr. Charlene Biggs as collaborative pianist and features special guests soprano Pamela Teed and guitarist Al Yzereef. The concert features pieces chosen by our chorus members over our 50-year history. Pieces include, "Wings of the Morning, " Danny Boy", and "Bohemian Rhapsody" to name a few.

The celebration continues with our 50th Anniversary Gala Concert on Sunday, May 3, 2026, at 2:00pm, also at St. Andrew’s Place in downtown Sudbury. Directed by Susan Urquhart with Dr. Charlene Biggs, this special event features acclaimed guest artist and Sudbury native, Joey Niceforo. The concert features such pieces as; Nella Fantasia, Masquerade and more!
