Everyone’s grief is different and it changes us forever, we will never be the same. In this gathering we will create a safe space to experience grief in whatever way you are experiencing it. You are not alone, there is healing when we come together to share our experiences of grief.Using the practice of Ho’oponopono we will write a letter about our grief. Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice meaning "to make things right," a process of reconciliation and forgiveness. “I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you".
Please bring a journal for writing if you like and something that represents your grief, a picture, a memento, something that represents what grief you are feeling.
We will also be practicing Gentle Somatic Yoga to release energy from our bodies and a guided meditation practice for relaxation
