Join The Bar Method Tampa Westshore for a complimentary pop-up class designed to strengthen, lengthen, and energize your body. This special session offers a sampler of The Bar Method’s signature in-studio formats, featuring a variety of exercises that provide a taste of everything they have to offer.
The Bar Method combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training into a low-impact, high-intensity workout. Developed in collaboration with physical therapists and kinesiologists, every movement is designed to maximize results while safely challenging your body in ways you may not expect.
Whether you're a longtime barre enthusiast or trying it for the first time, this all-levels class is a welcoming and empowering way to start your weekend.
