An Online Salsa Dance and Bamboo Stick integrated movement course for all age groups and body types.
No prior Salsa or workout experience needed.
It has been curated by Salsa Dance Educators Archana and Raghuram.
It`s low impact and professionally guided.
With over 14 years of experience in the field of Salsa dancing and many forms of workouts, the instructors have spent most of their adult life investing in enhancement of the human body, mind and soul.

We present the Bamboo Salsa Duet Movement classes for anyone looking towards :
- Toning and strengthening.
- Endurance building.
- Mobility and Reduction of stiffness.
- Developing fluidity and Grace in one`s body and mind.
- Breath Control
- A busy life friendly online movement routine.
- Overall Improvement in one`s body and mind.
Classes will be held Online and every Monday and Friday from 6am - 6:30am.
Fees : ₹20,501/- per head for 6 months.
All age groups are welcome to sign up.
Once you sign up, you will be guided on how to order the Bamboo Stick if you don`t already have one.
