We’ve sprinted through Power & Pace, dialled in Control & Cadence, and proved there’s nothing better than chasing splits together on a Saturday morning. Now we’re making it a habit.
Each week you’ll get:
- Goal-focused speed work – sessions built around whoever’s on the start line, whether you’re sharpening for a 5 km or adding pop to marathon legs.
- Progress you can feel – four-week blocks that nudge the pace on without leaving you shattered.
- Coaching on the whistle – real-time cues to tidy your form and keep your effort right where it needs to be.
- A small, supportive crew – capped numbers so everyone gets space and feedback.
