Join us on Sunday 7th June 2026 at Ashford Prep School for a civilised afternoon of friendly rivalry, nostalgia, and (hopefully) some decent footwork.
To kick things off, we’re keeping it fast and furious with a short-format tournament. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just here for the social, it’s the perfect way to reconnect with our Ashford community.

Format: 8-a-side | 12 overs per innings (fast-paced and fun!)
Timings: 10am to 1pm

Alumni / Friars Old Boys: calling all former students to defend our honour.
The Headmaster’s 8: a mixed powerhouse open to everyone - staff, alumni, and parents are all welcome to join..
TIME FOR TEA
No cricket match is complete without the proper trimmings. Following the final wicket, players and supporters are invited to join us for a classic cricket tea in the Pavilion. It’s the perfect opportunity to celebrate the winners and dissect the highlights (or lowlights) of the game.
GIVING BACK
The event is free to attend, but we are inviting optional player donations on the day. All proceeds will go directly to the Ashford School Association, supporting the school's ongoing community initiatives and fundraising for the school's charity, the Ashford School Foundation.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Fair Play: In the spirit of the game, the match will be umpired internally by the teams.
Safety: First aid coverage will be provided by designated members within the playing teams and attending trained school staff.
