About the Workshop
In this supportive group environment, we’ll dive into each chapter of The Artist’s Way, guided by the exercises, reflections, and practices that Julia Cameron suggests. Over the course of 12 weeks, we’ll focus on:
- Morning Pages: The art of daily writing to clear the mind and tap into your creative energy.
- Artist Dates: Scheduled solo outings to explore and nourish your creative self.
- Breaking Through Creative Blocks: Identify and address obstacles that hinder your artistic expression.
- Building a Creative Routine: Learn how to develop and maintain habits that sustain your creativity.
Whether you're a writer, visual artist, musician, or simply someone looking to reconnect with their creative self, this workshop will provide you with practical tools to develop a deeper connection to your inner artist.
