Most experiences are about what you create. The Art Session is about who you become in the process. This is a private, high-vibe ritual for 6 souls who are ready to trade perfectionism for presence.
Join us in the raw, industrial sanctuary of Studio 323 (Kunstlabor 2) for a night of sensory exploration and emotional alchemy. This is not a class. It is a guided journey into your own creative power.
THE EXPERIENCE
1. The Velvet Anchor (Cacao & Grounding) We gather in the soft glow of candlelight. We begin with ceremonial-grade cacao—a heart-opening medicine that grounds the nervous system. As the cacao begins to work, you will be led through a guided meditation. We focus on arriving in the body, scanning for sensations, and creating a bridge between your physical presence and the canvas. This is where we drop the day and enter the ritual.
2. The Intuitive Flow (Creation) Guided by deep sounds and a meditative atmosphere, you will move from stillness into flow. Using high-quality materials, you will layer your internal landscape onto the canvas. There are no rules, no judgment, and no "mistakes." You don't need to be an artist. You just need to follow the impulses of your body.
3. The Alchemical Shift (The Secret) As the night reaches its peak, we transition into the final phase of the session. This is where the true transformation happens—a ritualistic moment designed to shift your perspective and release what no longer serves you. The final part of the session remains a secret, revealed only to those in the room.
4. The Celebration (Closing) We emerge from the process and ground the energy. We celebrate the journey with a glass of Mimosa (or a non-alcoholic sparkler) and meaningful connection.
