Week 1: Returning to the Body, foundation of somatic awarness.

Week One invites us to slow down and arrive.

This opening week of The Art of Wholeding is about laying the foundation: cultivating safety, presence, and gentle awareness within the body. Before we create, express, or transform, we learn to listen. To feel. To root.

Through guided somatic practices, breath, and soundbath healing, we begin to reconnect with the physical body as a place of wisdom rather than something to push through or fix. We explore how sensation, emotion, and creativity live within us, and how awareness itself can be a healing act.

This week is not about doing it “right.”

It’s about meeting yourself where you are.

You’ll be invited to:

Ground into your body and nervous system

Build a sense of internal safety and support

Open curiosity toward your inner landscape without judgment

Week One sets the tone for the journey ahead, slow, embodied, intuitive, and deeply human. A remembering that wholeness is not something to achieve, but something to return to.
