Join us in this monthly ceremony to open, connect, expand, and align with this powerful conscious connected breathwork practice
About this Event

February 1st is the midway point between winter solstice and spring equinox. Come breathe into this time of slow renewal and awakening with a beautiful breathwork journey. Conscious Connected Breathwork (see health disclaimer below)* is an experiential practice that has multiple therapeutic benefits. By consciously and actively breathing in a connected, circular pattern, we can access our vast internal terrain and connect deeply to ourselves.

The breath is a bridge between mind and body, and breathwork is a somatic experience- it can provide openings into the physical and energetic body, our psyche and emotions, so that we can feel and process what the body has stored. This type of breathwork can also allow us access to non-ordinary states of consciousness, which can lead to a sense of renewal, purpose, and vitality. Practicing this for a sustained period of time can support us to:

  • shift typical patterns of thinking,
  • allow us to connect with our intuition and gain powerful insights,
  • spark creativity,
  • release stress and tension,
  • process embodied emotions,
  • balance the nervous system,
  • invite expanded states of awareness
  • connect to source/oneness/creator/nature

At the end of this practice, you will enter into deep rest and relaxation.

This one hour journey will be practiced lying down to intentionally curated music. Instruction on the breath will be provided, and you will be safely supported throughout.

Led by Certified Breathwork Facilitators Marc Dube and Erin Henderson of OCEA Breathwork. Marc and Erin have been practicing this style of breathwork for over five years and have worked with others in the health and wellness field for many years.
