Yoga teachers, are you interested in finding new ways to sequence and cue your classes? Feeling stuck with the same rote sayings and flows??Please join this workshop as we discover new ways to balance our cueing: verbally, visually and kinesthetically. Understand some of the most common mistakes in cueing and how to escape the monotony of many of our common phrases.
You will also gain a better understanding on how to sequence your classes- to different levels, styles and abilities.
We will explore the multitude of ways in which we can design and structure fun and meaningful classes for our students.
Friday | 5pm-8pm
Saturday | 9am-4pm (1 Hour lunch break)
Sunday | 9am-4pm (1 Hour lunch break)
Completion of this workshop does earn CEU hours towards Yoga Alliance Registration.
