We adventured sooo much with our bodies last year ...this time we adventure deep within our minds and into our wellness.
Communication can offer pathways for healing in our communities. The expression of our words; writing, poetry, spoken word, narrating, blogging, journaling and facing your fear of public speaking is a valuable tool in confidence-building, and mental and emotional health.
This RETREAT , THE ART OF SELF-CARE- Crunch Your Creativity: Storytelling to Boost Mental Health will engage participants in tools for mindfulness and self-compassion through our words. As a group and individually , we will explore the healing practice of expressive writing and creative exercises to improve our struggle with daily stressors, gain control of our emotions, and challenge our thoughts.
This is a healthy interactive space for women whether a mother, a wife, an entrepeneur , a crafter, an artist ; to take a break, explore, communicate, laugh, drink, heal and rejuvenate ...then tell our stories.
