The Art of Rest. Yin Yoga Practice with Soundbath Meditation
This pop-up is an invitation to slow all the way down, and connect with community!
We’ll begin by gently arriving into the body through Yin yoga — long-held, supportive asanas designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and create space to simply be. As the body softens, you’ll be guided into a soundbath meditation, allowing vibrations to move through you and support deep rest, regulation, and integration.
Nothing to fix, nothing to achieve.Just a space where your body can exhale.
We’ll close the evening with tea and quiet connection, giving you time to ground, reflect, and transition slowly back into the world — held by warmth, presence, and community.
This experience is for you if you’re feeling:
- overstimulated, tired, or “on” all the time
- disconnected from your body
- in need of rest that goes deeper than sleep
- curious about sound, stillness, and intentional slowing down
No prior experience needed.

About the Facilitator:
Viktoria is a certified Yoga Instructor, Breathwork and Sound Healing Guide, and a Guided Cold Plunge Facilitator. Her work is rooted in presence and somatic awareness, inspired by her experience in silent Vipassana retreats and her own journey of healing through the breath, gentle movement and stillness.
