In a world that moves quickly and pulls us in many directions, it’s easy to feel disconnected; from our bodies, our breath, and from each other.
The Art of ReConnection is an invitation to gently come back to yourself.
To slow down, soften, and reconnect with your inner rhythm, your body, and the quiet awareness within.
This half-day retreat is a space to pause, feel, and return.
A space to reconnect not only inward, but also outward; through shared presence, community, and meaningful connection.
🌿 What the Day Will Include
Throughout the afternoon, you’ll be guided through a thoughtfully curated journey designed to support reconnection on all levels:
✨ Breathwork, Meditation & Somatic Release
A guided breathwork and meditation experience to regulate the nervous system, quiet the mind, and reconnect you to your body and inner awareness. This portion of the day invites release, presence, and clarity, supported by gentle somatic movement to help integrate what arises.
✨ Yoga & Embodied Movement
A grounding and heart-opening practice to help you land fully in your body. Through gentle flow and intuitive movement, you’ll be guided to explore connection through sensation, breath, and self-expression. Accessible for all levels.
✨ Meditation & Sound Bath Journey
A deeply restorative sound journey using crystal bowls and healing frequencies to soothe the nervous system and guide you into a state of deep rest. This is where everything begins to settle; allowing space for integration and deeper connection within.
✨ Guided Connection Practices
Throughout the day, there will be opportunities for gentle partner and small group connection exercises designed to support authentic connection, presence, and shared experience. These moments are always invitational. You are encouraged to move at your own pace, honour your comfort level, and engage in a way that feels safe and supportive for you.
There will also be moments for reflection, journaling, stillness, and spacious pauses throughout the day, allowing the experience to unfold naturally without rush.

We’ll be gathering in a new, intentionally chosen space; one that supports softness, grounding, and presence. A calm and welcoming environment where you can settle in, exhale, and feel held throughout the day.
