This is a topic that will eventually touch all of our lives, yet it is rarely discussed in anything but abstract terms. Deaths portrayed in TV and movies are often unrealistic and many of us have little to no experience with death up close. This program will feature short film screenings of “The Art of Natural Death Care” and "Giving the Body Purpose" and conversation with Meredith Springs, Licensed Funeral Director & Deborah Parker, Hospice Volunteer. There will be a related program Dying with Presence at the library on April 30.
