About this Event
Participants will learn the cultural history, health benefits, and fermentation techniques behind Korea’s most iconic dish. Guided step-by-step, you’ll prepare your own batch of kimchi to take home while exploring the science, artistry, and community rituals that have made this living food a cornerstone of Korean cuisine for centuries.
