Often when looking for that clarity or spark of inspiration we are told to write what we know. Sometimes it can be hard to find the words. A blockage in our throat chakras can be witnessed in our conversational speech as well as the written word.
Join us for this casual workshop where you will learn to transmute your thoughts and calm your actions and words to find clarity, grace, peace and patience all through journal writing. Kae will take you through the process of journaling, she will touch on the different forms, the why and the release. But really this is for you to put that time aside for your creative soul to reignite and reconnect.
You will also have the opportunity to get visual with some sustainable scrapbooking. All materials will be provided, and you will have the freedom to play and create as you wish.

This workshop is a part of our “Feed Your Creative Soul” series. We have created these workshops for you to put the time aside for creativity! Often on a weeknight and often a lower price, which means you can come more regularly and stay connected. These workshops are also BYO, so you can bring your own bottle of wine or food to have throughout the evening.
What's Included:
· All sustainable scrapbooking materials
· Guidance from Kae about Journaling
· Guidance from Morgan about Scrapbooking
· A cup of Cacao drink to set the mood and intention of the night
· Fun and relaxed atmosphere, including cushions and a ‘cubby’ area if you want to sit on the floor and connect with your inner child
What to bring:
· A journal (essential)
· A sensual trigger item. Think smell, touch, taste etc. Something that you can align with your practice, a treat for your senses.
About Kae:
I don’t like labels as I am a multifaceted person here to share my gifts. But here are some of the things I embody.
- A journal keeper since the age of 9
- An occasional poet (meaning sometimes my journal entries come out like an amateur Rupi Kaur piece)
- A conscious communicator using my gift of the written and spoken word to share stories and hold space for others
- A conscious community advocate
- A human treading gently on this earth.
I am here to offer my gifts (practical, mindful and spiritual) to you.
