The Art of Holistic Wellbeing is an in-person community workshop designed to help you better understand your emotions through simple reflection practices and guided activities.
This is a practical and reflective experience — calm, thoughtful, and human.
Step away from the noise of everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and begin building greater emotional awareness.
Group size is intentionally limited to create a calm, private, and reflective environment.
