Join us at La Scuola for an immersive hands-on cooking experience as part of Taste of the City, a citywide celebration of London’s vibrant food and drink scene.
In this special masterclass, you’ll learn to make fresh egg pasta dough from scratch and transform it into two classic Italian dishes:
- Spaghetti alle vongole – light and elegant clam pasta
- Farfalle alla Norma – a hearty Sicilian favourite with aubergine and tomato
Guided by our chefs, this class offers an in-depth introduction to traditional Italian pasta-making techniques, from mixing and kneading dough to shaping and finishing dishes with authentic sauces. The focus is on seasonal ingredients, craftsmanship, and the joy of cooking together, while enjoying summer in the city, accompanied by a glass of prosecco!

- This class is not suitable for vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free guests, but it is suitable for pescatarians
- Due to the layout of our kitchens and operations, we are unable to guarantee against cross-contamination.
- This class is designed for adults unless otherwise specified. Participants from the age of 14 and under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult and pre-agreed with Eataly in writing.
- Recipes and ingredients used in this class are fixed and cannot be modified.
- If more than 8 guests are attending, some participants may be required to share equipment and workspace. Don’t worry, everyone will prepare and enjoy their own dish from scratch!
- Additional drinks, aside from the welcome drink, are not included in the ticket fee and will be charged separately.
Ticket policy:
- ·Tickets are not refundable.
- If you are unable to attend, you may:
- Send someone to attend in your place (all they need is your tickets' QR codes)
- Request to reschedule for another date within the same month, subject to availability. This request must be made at least 5 working days before your original class date, to be considered.
- La Scuola requires a minimum of 5 participants per class. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered the option to transfer to another session or receive a full refund. You will be notified at least 24 hours in advance if this occurs.
