Course Breakdown: What You’ll Learn
Day 1
🔹 Introduction to Energy Psychology & EFT
🔹 Understanding the inner landscape & creating safety for yourself and clients
🔹 The root cause – The biology of belief & tapping for mind and body
🔹 Practicing EFT tapping on yourself using the EFT protocol
🔹 Live demonstrations & sequences led by Donna
Day 2
🔹 Practicing EFT with partners
🔹 How to get to the root cause of emotional and energetic issues
🔹 Deep self-inquiry: Unfurling the language of the subconscious
🔹 Listening to the body’s messages as a gateway to healing
🔹 Working with client issues, such as stress and anxiety
🔹 Integrating EFT into your personal & professional practice
At the end of the workshop, you will receive a Certificate of Completion and be invited to continue to Level 2 EFT Training.
