Shrimp Ceviche with Mango & Avocado
Plump shrimp are tossed in zesty lime juice and combined with juicy mango and buttery avocado. This ceviche is lively and refreshing, with a perfect mix of sweet, tangy, and creamy textures in every bite.
Tuna Ceviche with Citrus, Coconut & Sweet Potato
Silky cubes of tuna are marinated in vibrant citrus and complemented by creamy coconut and tender sweet potato. The result is a refreshing yet comforting dish, where bright acidity meets subtle sweetness and a lush, tropical finish.
Halibut Ceviche with Roasted Tomato
Delicate, buttery halibut is gently cured in bright citrus, then paired with roasted tomatoes that add a rich, slightly smoky sweetness. Finished with fresh herbs and a touch of heat, it’s a balanced blend of clean ocean flavor and deep, savory notes.

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - Visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel your registration with at least 72 hours notice, you will be refunded the cost of the class.
No refund, transfer to another class, or credit will be issued if cancelled with less than 72 hours notice, but you can send somebody in your place.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food allergies, taste aversions or other concerns.
