Cod Fritters with Black Olive Mayo
Golden, crispy cod fritters packed with flaky cod, herbs, and a hint of garlic, fried to a light crunch and served with a rich black olive mayo that adds a briny, savory finish. A perfect balance of texture and bold coastal flavor.
Portuguese Mussels, Salmon & Chorizo Stew
Fresh mussels and tender salmon simmered together with smoky chorizo in a rich tomato and white wine broth, layered with garlic, sweet peppers, and warm Iberian spices. Briny, hearty, and gently smoky, this rustic stew brings the flavors of Portugal’s coast and countryside together in one deeply comforting bowl.
Arroz Dolce
A creamy Portuguese sweet rice dessert slow-cooked with milk, cinnamon, and citrus peel until silky and comforting. Finished with a dusting of cinnamon, it’s a nostalgic, gently sweet treat that feels like home in every bite.

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - Visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel your registration with at least 72 hours notice, you will be refunded the cost of the class.
No refund, transfer to another class, or credit will be issued if cancelled with less than 72 hours notice, but you can send somebody in your place.
