“A ritual can give meaning.
Meaning can restore a sense of belonging.
A sense of belonging connects us to the wider human being we are, beyond ourselves.
And that’s where peace resides.”

We invite you to a one-day workshop on The Art of Ceremony—learning how to craft meaningful ceremonies in times of transformation.
In this workshop, we will explore the Art of Ceremony by learning tools to create both personal and collective rituals, while holding space for one another.
We believe this is an essential skill for navigating the challenges of today. The space will be facilitated by Noga Maivar, internationally renowned for her family constellation and Focusing therapy work.

WHY THESE TIMES ASK FOR CEREMONIES
The harder it is to contain reality, the more we need rituals that mediate it.
You can do rituals alone, but in solitude, we only meet our own resources and wounds. Alone, we may not have enough to meet the difficulty, contain it, and heal ourselves.
Group rituals offer something more: they synchronize us with a sense of togetherness. When we participate in a group, we tap into a larger human network. Here, it is possible to let go and feel a deeper sense of belonging and security.
A group ritual invites us to become part of a collective body, where we are more likely to encounter new resources (and wounds). It can awaken the wound of our belonging and visibility, or our tendency to care only for others. Yet, with awareness, it helps us move beyond our personal consciousness, expand beyond our habitual patterns, and become part of something greater.
This year, group rituals are especially important. The trauma we face is tied to unsafe human spaces. Creating a safe, nurturing social space can restore breath, trust, and relaxation. Humans have always lived in groups—tribes, nations, and families. In our collective memory, this is how we know to heal deep fractures.
