Over three intentional hours, you will be guided step-by-step in creating your own mandala using sacred geometry principles. As patterns repeat and symmetry builds, the mind steadies and the nervous system settles. What begins as instruction becomes rhythm.
At a certain point, the process shifts. The mandala feels less constructed and more revealed. The practice becomes one of surrender — allowing the art to unfold as it will.
