A WORKSHOP FOR HUMAN BEINGS
As adults, we get really good at turning some of the best things in life into chores. Like “exercise” - Just another thing to add to our never-ending to-do list, right?
Discover or rediscover how to find joy in movement amidst the overwhelm of everyday life with easy to action joy strategies that have the potential to change the way you move your body and live your life.
This session will build your confidence to understand, and explain the fundamental concepts, principles, and connections to the neuroscience of joy and the power of specific types of movement to ignite the power inside each one of us.
We will explore what you can do and how you can move each day to activate your brain to release “happy hormones” and chemicals that trigger joy, release stress and help combat disease, all whilst delivering the same benefits of traditional exercise practices.
This one-day workshop has been created especially for you to help you fall in love with moving your body, and to inspire others to do the same! Together, Niki and JP will show you how you can optimise your strength and mobility practices while promoting health and longevity (without strict rules or needing special equipment) AND they are going to make it fun!
If you are tired of following or prescribing the same old approach to programming, and you are seeking more fun and inspiration for your daily movement practices, this will be a day that will change the way you look at movement and training forever.
