The Aqua Life Orleans Summer Pool Party ☀️

Join us for our Summer Pool Party on Friday, June 26th from 6:00–9:00 PM at The Aqua Life Orleans!

Celebrate the end of the school year with an evening of swimming, pool games, prizes, pizza, and summer fun with The Aqua Life community.

Whether your child wants to race, splash around with friends, or simply enjoy time in the pool, our heated pool will be open for all ages to enjoy.

By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Capacity & Safety Agreement
I agree to register all attendees, including supervising parent/guardians and guests, in order to comply with event capacity limits and health & safety requirements.

Waiver & Release of Liability

Voluntary Participation
I understand that participation in the Summer Pool Party is voluntary and may involve physical activity, including swimming and poolside games, which carry inherent risks.

Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or accident that may occur during or as a result of participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Supervision & Safety
I understand that lifeguards and staff will be present; however, all participants, especially minors, are expected to follow pool rules, staff instructions, and safety guidelines at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event.

Medical Authorization
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize The Aqua Life staff to obtain emergency medical treatment for myself or my child if necessary. I understand that I am financially responsible for any medical treatment provided.

Release of Liability
I hereby release and discharge The Aqua Life Swim Academy, its owners, directors, employees, staff, volunteers, and affiliated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from participation in the event.

Photography & Media Release
I consent to photos and videos being taken during the event and understand that The Aqua Life Swim Academy may use this content for promotional and marketing purposes.
