Alley Bargain Paradise is a curated indoor market hosted in the Ruby Red space (2,775 sq ft) at Memorial Hall.
This event is limited in size to ensure smooth traffic flow, good visibility for vendors, and an enjoyable shopping experience for guests.
We are prioritizing quality over quantity — more space, better movement, and better sales opportunities.
VENDOR BOOTH DETAILS
• Booth Size: 10×10
• Vendor Cap: 18–20 vendors total
• Booth Fee: $75 per booth
• Early / Community Rate: $65 (limited availability) by the 6th of February.
• Prime placements (if applicable): $85
Booth fees include:
• Indoor booth space
• A walkable layout with proper aisles
• Event promotion
• A curated vendor mix
LAYOUT & WALKABILITY (IMPORTANT)
To maintain safety, comfort, and a positive shopping experience:
• Vendor spots are intentionally capped
• Clear aisles will be maintained for circulation and exits
• Vendors must remain within their assigned 10×10 footprint
SETUP & VENDOR EXPECTATIONS
• Vendors must bring their own tables, displays, and extension cords if needed. Please let us know if you need assistance with this.
• No encroaching into aisles
• No booth sharing or add-ons without prior approval
• Setup times and arrival instructions will be sent after acceptance
PAYMENT & POLICIES
• Booth fees are non-refundable
• A booth is not confirmed until payment is received
• Spots will not be held without payment

The Alley: Bargain Paradise is a vintage, retro, and rare finds market featuring vintage clothing, collectibles, home décor, and more. Shoppers are invited to discover unique items while supporting a community-driven cause.
This event is an Officer Wilson Project, created in honor of Wilson F. Velazquez, and operated in support of GetOffTheStreets.org, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Proceeds from this event will first cover event-related expenses. Remaining funds will support ongoing programs and community projects through GetOffTheStreets.org.
