Every year at the end of July, a few Philly Underground Camps join forces to create an Event that not only Highlights the incomparable DJ’s, and Artist that Represent our Amazing Philadelphia Cipher, but also raises Hundreds of pounds of Food to be Donated to Others in Need.. This year, that event is The 4TH Philadelphia Dance Music Festival & Food Drive
