Event Attendance
Guests 18 and older are strongly encouraged to attend.
All guests that are 18-20 yrs old must be accompanied by a 21+ adult at all times, and properly identified as underage upon arrival. Wristbands will be provided and must be worn for the duration of the event. Due to the serving of alcoholic beverages, these are firm restrictions.
This event requires proof of purchase upon entry. Please ensure purchased tickets are printed or electronic versions are available with a form of identification upon arrival/entry. Event Security will be present and enforced as needed.
DRESS CODE
You have creative freedom for your attire, as long as your attire is formal and you really put it on! Strongly encouraged dress code choices for this event are African Formal Attire (traditional, modern, and Afrofuturistic) and/or All Black Formal Attire (suits, tuxedos, gowns, and dresses). This is a "dress to impress" event.
*Sneakers, flip flops, leggings, athletic wear, and/or casual shirts will not be granted event entry. *
PARKING
While complimentary parking is available and conveniently located in front of the event venue and in the parking lot that sits accross from the venue, the spaces are limited so we strongly encourage guests to plan accordingly and consider using UBER & LYFT as an option.
Also, the Visitors Center Parking Garage located at 63 Mary St, Charleston, SC 29403 is a four-minute drive from Trinity Hall.

We are excited to announce availability within our Royal Afrikan Market! There will be a limited amount of VENDOR slots, and each business must apply in advance prior to purchasing. Send an email to [email protected] if you are interested in applying.
Sponsorships are also available for the event, and additional details may be requested via email ([email protected]). Event organizers have the right to refuse and refund vendors and/or businesses at any given time.
